Your license
When you buy OneText, Sparrowsoft grants you a license to use the app on up to 2 Macs, for your own use. You may not resell it, share your key or let others use it.
Your responsibility for the messages you send
You decide who gets a text and what it says. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to text messages where you and your recipients are, including rules on consent, such as the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) in the United States and similar state laws. Only text people who expect to hear from you. OneText is not for bulk or cold outreach.
No warranty
OneText is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. It depends on the Messages app, on your phone carrier and on macOS, which we do not control. Messages may be late, may not arrive or may arrive twice. To the extent the law allows, Sparrowsoft is not liable for losses that come from using OneText.
Revoking a license
We may revoke a license for abuse, for misuse of the app, or after a payment is reversed or disputed.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date of the latest version is the date this page was last changed.
